Looking to maximize your training in a team setting? Join up with Nashville's most comprehensive triathlon and endurance training group.  

Based out of Centennial Sportsplex & Park, FTP coaches deliver nearly THIRTY monthly, coached workouts.  With group training you receive personalized attention, high quality workouts, and group camaraderie to support and challenge you. 

As a member of the TEAM, you will train alongside like-minded individuals under the guidance of proven coaches.  You will receive a weekly training plan to guide your preparation for the TEAM races.

Class Descriptions:

Aerogility-Strength, stability and agility class that isolates muscle groups while building strong stabilizers.
Power Hour-Workouts traditionally use body weight exercises combined with light running. 
Tri 101-Cycling class that targets novice athletes introducing the foundations of cycling and building toward interval training. 
Tri 201-An intermediate class combining strength training and running. 
Tri 301-Advanced triathlon class focused on concepts such as speed work, hill climbing, open water swimming, etc
