FTP & Podium Plans Include

FTP Individual Training Plans

If you are seeking individual coaching, FTP offers an assortment of options for you.  Find the plan the meets your needs and begin working with a coach today.  

Static Plan--The Static Plan is for the athlete who seeks an individual written plan for a particular event with no additional coaching support.  Plans range from 12-20 weeks.  Prices: $99-199 per plan.  For general static plans, click here.  


FTP Plan--The FTP Plan our most popular plan and is designed for the athlete who wants a plan developed around their individual needs and goals.  Training blocks are delivered in 1-2 week segments with coaches providing regular analysis and feedback on progress.  Stating at $149/month


Podium Plan--The Podium Plan is for the athlete who wants a detailed, very specific level of coaching with plenty of personal interaction and close monitoring of progress.  This plan includes the services of the FTP plan plus 2 in-person, coach led workouts each month.   $249/month
