Coaches

Coach Jessica
Jessica's claim to fame is being the best all-around mom.  She even has the coffee mug to prove it.   A mother of four, she was asked after her blazing 2008 IM Arizona finish which is harder...child birth or a sub-12 Ironman.  She responded, "at least with 12 hours of labor they gave me more than a medal and hat."  Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of triathlon, ultra running, nutrition, strength and personal training.  She has competed in over 20 triathlon races, three Ironmans, and numerous marathon and ultra distance races.

Jessica is also a USAT Level I coach, ET3S certified, NASM certified personal trainer, ISSN certified sports nutritionist and kettlebell instructor.
